We went here for first time and the food was delicious. Full of delicious flavors. The duck dish is 100! We also had the cucumbers, tuna, cold noodles , chicken with caviar, and cauliflower. Everything was yummy. Best meal in Vegas. The service was amazing too. Our server was on top of everything and the best. So nice! Highly recommend.

On my first visit, I tried the seasonal menu ($48++). The spicy cucumber, though highly raved about, was only average for me. The pork croquette had room for improvement. It was tough, overly cheesy, and I didn’t enjoy for the bechamel sauce. The clear standout was the mushroom ramen. Hard to believe it’s vegan! Rich, satisfying, but a little on the salty side. It was so good I came back within two days just for another bowl . Dessert didn’t disappoint. Both the black sesame and coconut-pineapple ice creams were excellent, though black sesame stole the show. Some dishes I’d skip: the shishito peppers and the pork belly buns (super fatty though great if you love that, but not for everyone). The Burger Sando was really heavy, but at least the fries were spot-on. Prices aren’t cheap, but overall a mix of hits and misses. Still, the mushroom ramen alone makes Momofuku worth a stop for me.

4.67/5 Stopped in with the intent of having a quick lunch and that was our mistake! There is nothing quick or subtle about Momofuku's menu. We could've easily split all the food we got, but it was too delicious to pass up. The mushroom flavor in my ramen broth was something I wish I had access to more often... so delicious. The only disappointment is I wasn't crazy about the salad app - thought the dressing was too sour tasting.

We had a good time here. The kids really liked the food. It is not the most kid-friendly place (it is Vegas, after all), but the staff and menu were great. Pickles plate: 5/10 — small and not very tasty, can skip. Cold sesame noodles: 7.5/10: good size and flavor, but could use more spice. Temaki kit: 9/10: fun and delicious, perfect if you like making your own food. Ice cream: 9/10: amazing. We may come back on our next visit.

We kicked off our vacation with dinner at Momofuku and it set a high bar for the remainder of our trip. It ended up being our favorite meal we had - the spicy cucumbers (no idea how a cucumber can taste THAT good), pork buns, duck rice, ramen, and bo ssam set - I’ll be dreaming of those for a while! Very nice restaurant with great ambience, both on internal design and the big windows overlooking Paris resort’s Eifel tower and mid-strip. Service was fantastic and very genuine and informed advice provided on ordering, including recommendations and amount to order. Food was simply world class and so happy we chose to visit, highly recommend!

Our server and other staff were great. I was in with a group and we had a reservation, which ended with us being sat about 20 min late for dinner. I had the Iberico Pork-mouthwatering and amazing. It melted in my mouth, and the crust was incredible. The best bites were with a combo of the pineapple and garnish The shishito peppers were delicious and pretty sure I got the spicy ones. I can't recall the cocktail I had, but it was just okay. It had a bourbon taste to it, but it didn't contain bourbon.

I had a wonderful dinner by myself and sat at the Chef's counter. Yes, I made 8:30 reservations but there were open spots regardless. Great prompt service with the food coming out fast and hot. I can't say enough about the Mushroom ramen. If you love mushrooms, you will slurp this up with great satisfaction! Watching the food being prepared with precision and speed was impressive. I highly recommend making this place a must do if in Las Vegas!

Great atmosphere and even better service provided by D (Danielle) during our dining experience here. They have chef bar and regular bar for seating, plus the dining area. We ordered a couple appetizers to get us started, then decided to order two entrees as well which was waaay too much food for us two. The cauliflower was unique and tasty and the pork buns were delicious. The waygu steak was also delicious and cooked well and paired well with a sauce, but we enjoyed the Branzino the most. We ate every last piece of it before leaving.
